Embassy of Georgia in Norway Marks Independence Day with Diaspora Community

On May 24, 2025, the Embassy of Georgia in the Kingdom of Norway celebrated Georgia’s Independence Day together with members of the Georgian diaspora.

The Georgian Sunday School operating under the Embassy presented a cultural event in celebration of Georgia’s Independence Day. H.E. Ambassador Zurab Beridze congratulated the students and guests on the occasion of Georgia’s Independence Day.

The students presented traditional Georgian dances, songs, and poetry to the audience. The students received symbolic gifts featuring the national symbols of Georgia.

Guests also had the opportunity to enjoy traditional Georgian cuisine and wine.
